Overview : Maintenance is considered to be a means of enhancing productivity throughout all sectors. It is the only assurance of the availability of production equipment. Without such maintenance, production lines become unreliable and particularly vulnerable to a plethora of unforeseeable factors.

Given such issues, production line maintenance deserves to be taken much more seriously. Planning for production lines where operational output is expected to remain above 95% is simply inconceivable without testing methods and analyzing relevant maintenance reliability data.
Aims :
  • Teach participants to use a variety of tools related to reliability, risk-analysis, prevention, decision-making and maintenance management and also to properly apply them within the industrial sector
  • Using notions of reliability, accessibility and maintenance in order to put together a preventive maintenance program
  • Using decision-making tools in selecting a maintenance strategy and setting up a maintenance management system
  • Establishing breakdown and accident prevention program
