| The occurrence of “Crisis” situations
seems to be multiplying while simultaneously becoming more and more preposterous
and unpredictable, rendering training on how to face unexpected situations
a matter of necessity. Being able to anticipate crisis evolution and get
solid action plans moving along while, on a more global level, maintain,
both collectively and individually, the ability to respond to exceptional
and unusual situations, requires perpetual training.
The aim of this course is to train managers and directors for crisis
situations by focusing on two critical elements: Crisis Management and
Communication during crisis situations. |
