Overview :

Many managers tend to take everything upon themselves, while delegating remains at their disposal as an indisputably useful management tool.

When we feel overwhelmed, we often wish we could seek the help of our colleagues but our concerns for our own objectives get in the way. One way to get over this hurdle is to delegate your authority to them.

Target audience : This two-day training session involves both theory and practical role-plays. It is intended for directors and business managers in charge of a team.
