Introduction :

Introduction: Are you yearning for a promotion? Do you want to move up in the company? Design your own career and develop your capacity to handle management-related functions.

You have, most likely, already been asked to handle administrative and managerial duties even though you have never had adequate professional training to prepare you for the tasks and responsibilities of an executive assistant, whether in an upper management, an office management or a service centre environment.

This multidisciplinary training program will provide you with the fundamentals of the executive assistant’s professional duties and will help you improve your competence by developing new concepts and methods.

Administrative professionals, office assistants, office automation technicians, coordinators, office managers, supervisors, administrative assistants

    • Negotiate terms, conditions and agreements
    • Quality control and performance
    • Good buyer skills
    • Products most often purchased and how to avoid traps

  • Staff Relations
    • Recruiting and hiring
    • Welcoming and integrating new employees
    • Demonstrating leadership
    • Delegating and getting results
    • Team work
    • How to behave in a meeting: ethics and protocols
    • Inter-relational communication and people management
    • Notions of supervision

  • Project and Activity Management and Monitoring
    • Project and risk assessment
    • Defining and breaking down projects
    • Knowing how to monitor the project and intervene at the right time to correct any deviation
    • Control costs and eliminate over-expenditure
    • The Gantt Chart: knowing how to use it
    • When to put an end to a project?

  • Accounting and Financial Management
    • Participate in setting up a budget
