Overview :

As a manager and team leader, your role is to ensure that your team contributes to the achievement of the objectives and mission of the organisation.

You question your style of management, your leadership and on which methods to use to secure the engagement of your team?

Then this course, through the use of practical workshops, will provide you with the resources and the effective methods required to help you increase the autonomy of your team to the level essential to the achievement of the organisation's objectives.

Target audience : This 3-day training session involves both theory and practical role-plays. It is intended for directors and business managers in charge of a team.
Objectives:  To provide the manager or team leader with the tools and techniques needed to position and ensure the success of his/her team.
Content :

The manager's role and mission

  • Lead work meetings
  • To enable the cohesive achievement of the objectives and mission of the organisation by the team members
  • To lead the team to achieve results on a daily basis.
  • Multiply the results one would achieve alone.
  • Understand individual behaviours.
  • Resolve conflicts
  • Participate in the professional development of his/her team and encouraging the continuous improvement of performance and skills.

  • Define quantitative and qualitative objectives.

  • Implement methods of planning, communication, delegation, validation and control

  • Consider the diversity individual behavioural traits and the interpersonal stakes.
  • Tools to evaluate of the skills and the potential each individual.
